I saw this on a forum at head-fi.org and just wondered if anybody here would be willing to participate. I thought it was kind of interesting to see what everybody's number on their turntable was. It's interesting to find out who has the lowest number etc. I can start with my TT.

I assume that B.No. is the build number (??) or something like that. If anyone is a Thorens expert or if they used to work for Thorens - maybe they can help out with this. I am guessing that if we knew more about the number we could probably pin down date of manufacture and things like that. What is everybody else's numbers?

BTW - My number at head-fi was #14040 for my Grado 325is headphones ( one of many! :D ).I have a Marantz NR1607 with serial number from July 2017.
During an automatic update of Firmware requested by the receiver today I had a power issue in the house.
The upgrade process ended in error 0113.
I tried with a new update from the network and had the same issue.
a. Update Retry…..
B. Error 0113
Retried many times.
After that I have downloaded the firmware from the marantz internet, first with newest firmware and later with the initial firmware.
Same result.
A. Downloaded the firmware
B. Unzip and checked the root was correct /firmware/…./ and copied to a USB key (fat32)
C. Power off receiver
D. Inserted the USB in the front
E. Press and hold ‘DIMMER' and 'SOUND MODE’
F. Inserted power plug
G. After the USB blinked released the buttons.
H. Message 'USB ALLupdate'
I. After a minute the message ‘Update 0% 38m’
J. A minute later Update 2% 37m
K. A minuter later ‘Update Error 0113’
L. Message 'Please retry' Which I have done all day
What should I do now
I have also tried to do a factory reset but the unit is non-responsive.
